The testimonies appearing in our periodicals have been of great help and inspiration to me many times, and it is with gratitude that I submit this testimony.

I am grateful for all of the blessings which the other members of my family and I have had through the study and application of Christian Science. They include the healing of so-called children's diseases, influenza, ear trouble, and other illnesses, protection while traveling, freedom from fear during my first cross-country airplane flight, the recovering of lost articles, and the finding of a home on several different occasions.

I am particularly grateful, however, for the prevention of problems. Mrs. Eddy tells us on page 392 of Science and Health: "Stand porter at the door of thought. Admitting only such conclusions as you wish realized in bodily results, you will control yourself harmoniously." When a concrete block dropped on my toe, the pain was severe. I refused to accept the thought of accident, but filled my thought instead with the allness of God, good. The healing was immediate.
