GOD CARES FOR ALL

[Of Special Interest to Children]

Bobby owned a pet turtle. He called it Oscar Turtle. Bobby loved the turtle and gave it loving care. He took it on long walks in the fields close to home. On these walks, Oscar Turtle stopped to feed.

But there came a day when Bobby became quite anxious and worried. There had been no rain for days and days. In spite of all the loving care Bobby gave his pet, it became tired and listless. It did not have enough of the food it needed.

Because he loved the turtle so much, Bobby began to think of the truths he had learned in the Christian Science Sunday School. He knew that these truths were to be used. "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need." Bobby remembered these words from page 494 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. He had seen them in big letters on the walls of some of the branch churches he had visited.
