FOR A BUILDING CHURCH
May
this church, so loved, so blest,
Rise at Mind's serene behest,
Showing forth a perfect plan
Revealed of God, approved of man.
Let its cornerstone be sound;
Let its welcome know no bound;
To its shelter may there come
All who seek in heaven, home.
May its light be pure and bright,
Guiding strangers in the night.
May its faithful workers shine;
May the branch dwell in the vine.
May the Word be purely spread,
Springing from the fountainhead.
Healing, Father, let there be
For all those who worship Thee.
Jean E. Cameron
