My deep gratitude for Christian Science...

My deep gratitude for Christian Science results from the better understanding that I have gained of God and of man's relationship to Him during the eighteen years that I have studied the Bible, together with "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. I am grateful for a growing sense of the ever-presence and all-power of our Father-Mother God.

Physical healings have taken place through the years in such a manner that I have always been able to take care of necessary home duties. Among my healings have been those of colds and a recurring bronchial condition.

A very painful infection and swelling at the base of my fingernails lasted over a period of two years. When the condition was at its worst it was completely healed through the work of a Christian Science practitioner, and it has never returned. During the entire period of this difficulty I was able to use my hands in hot or cold water, and at no time did it occur to me to turn to medicine.
