Many years ago my grandmother had an instantaneous healing through Christian Science. She had been suffering for years from sick headaches and could obtain no relief. Someone told her of Christian Science, and the next time she had an attack she asked my mother to request help for her from one of the two practitioners then in our city. The practitioner came and stayed about half an hour. My grandmother was healed at once, and there was no return of the trouble.

My mother's study of Christian Science brought great comfort and joy into our home. In our large family we had many proofs of God's guidance and protection. Contagious diseases and colds were overcome. My brother was healed of whooping cough in one day.
