MAN'S BIRTHRIGHT

Behold God's man!
Look not upon his shadow, bound with fear—
Poor counterfeit of what Love has designed—
But lift your eyes to see whom God holds dear,
The perfect man, idea in perfect Mind.

Behold God's man!
Since God is good, all-loving and all-wise,
Creator and creation are at one.
Dismiss the thought of man in mortal guise
And claim the birthright now of God's own son.
