TESTIMONIES

From out the full abundance of the heart
They overflow, spontaneous and free,
These precious offerings, love-impelled, and fraught
With gratitude and deep humility.

They tell of all the wonders Love has done,
Of sickness healed, of evil overthrown,
Of man revealed as God's beloved son,
Safe in His care, and trusting Him alone.

The grief-bowed heads are raised, and dull eyes shine,
And courage comes anew to fainting hearts
As they who listen feel the touch divine
And gain the peace which Love alone imparts.
