Wickenburg, Arizona (Society).

Many friends joined with Christian Science Society, Wickenburg, last Sunday in the dedication services of the society's new church. Two services ... were held, at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. They were well attended, and many out-of-town guests were present.

At both services Sunday ... a brief history of the society was given. It was explained that it began in 1946, when a few earnest students began holding services in their homes. In 1948 the group was formally recognized as a branch of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Mass. A Sunday School was organized, and church services were held regularly in the music room of the Elementary School building until 1949, when they moved to the American Legion Building.
