I trust that the following experiences may be helpful to others in the solving of their problems. They can be benefited and liberated from much mortal mind thinking, as I have been, and be brought into at-one-ment with God, good, through the understanding of His power, which sustains and heals.

At one time an elder brother, who had always been considered healthy, was stricken with a severe case of spinal meningitis, along with extreme constipation and yellow jaundice. He lapsed into a coma which lasted for fourteen days, during which time he lost much weight. After several hours of deliberation three specialists finally said the case was hopeless and gave the young man only until morning to live.

Gloom and despair hung over our entire household. However, it was darkness preceding the dawn, for an angel message came to us. My father's cousin had read something of Christian Science, and he said to us: "Why don't you call in a Christian Science practitioner? It can't do any harm, and it may help. I have heard of others being helped when everything else had failed."
