BECAUSE OF THY GREAT MERCY

Because of Thy great mercy, God,
I too must mercy show
To weak, sin-sick, downtrodden ones,
With labored step and slow.

Because of Thy great loving, God,
I must most loving be
To those who falter, faint with doubt,
Who know not love, nor Thee.
