I wish to express my gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for explaining through Christian Science the healing truth taught and demonstrated by Christ Jesus.

Out of mere curiosity, and without thought of being benefited in any way, I began reading Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy and was healed of sinus trouble. Gratitude for that healing impelled me to subscribe to the periodicals, and I commenced to study daily the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly. I was so beautifully sustained when a loved one passed on that I shall never cease to be grateful for Science.

The healing of a liver complaint, from which I had suffered and which was unsuccessfully doctored for twelve years, came after two weeks of Christian Science treatment by a practitioner and through my study of the allegorical trial found on pages 430 to 442 of Science and Health.
