Due to continuing sharp increases in the cost of paper and other operating expenses, a condition prevalent throughout the publishing field, it has been necessary to make the following increases in our subscription rates, effective January 1, 1952:

The Christian Science Journal from $4 to $4.50 per year; single copies from 35 cents to 40 cents.
