It is with much joy that I can testify to the healing and regenerating power of Christian Science. Over a year ago I fell and struck my left arm, between the shoulder and elbow, on a projection of the coal stove. A surgeon who was called to bind it up said that on account of my age, which is eighty-eight, he did not think the wound would heal. I denied the error and held to the truth in Christian Science. With my study of the Bible and of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy and my understanding of God the healing came, and in two months I could use my arm in every way the same as before, working all day and every day as usual. I am very grateful for membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church, for our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for the Christian Science periodicals and for the loving thoughts of truth extended by my many friends, Jesus said (John 8: 32), "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free," which I indeed proved. —(Mrs.) Julia A.
