"Some men seek power over others by fear, force, and fraud." Dr. Hart asserted, "but democracy repudiates this tyranny and deception as an ultimate method of mastering men. Democracy is the agelong struggle to achieve in political relations the ideals of brotherhood and of good will among men."...

"We must practice love in all our daily relationships," he asserted. "We must purge hatreds and resentments from our own hearts and learn to achieve teamwork and comradeship. Above all, we must carry this spirit into the halls of Congress and into the deliberations of the United Nations."
