FEAR NOT, CHILD

Be still, dear child, and hear His voice
Bidding you be glad, rejoice.
Put all those mortal fears aside
And in the Father's love abide.

In Christ be loosed from error's chain—
To wake God's happy child again;
For God's great love is everywhere—
The evidence of answered prayer.
