WHEN MY HEART PRAYS
When
my heart prays,
It says no word
And asks no thing.
It bows no head
And bends no knee;
But rather, instead,
My thoughts lift up
As if on wing.
To atmosphere
Of Love they swing.
There on pinnacles
Of Truth they cling;
They rejoice,
And praise God,
And sing.
