Only brotherhood can span the cleavages precipitated by ignorance, prejudice, distrust, and suspicion. The fatherhood of God is the only durable foundation for brotherhood. ... And the people of the world are awakening to the fact that the only alternative to a world at war is world brotherhood. We cannot, however, hope to recommend brotherhood abroad unless we practice it at home. ...
