"NO MIRACLE TO LOVE"

In the concordance to an old family Bible the healings and certain other works performed by Christ Jesus are indexed together under the title, "Miracles of our Lord." On another page "Miracles in the Old Testament" are indexed.

How common it is for non-Christian Scientists to classify the wonderful works of divine Love which they do not understand, but of which they approve, as miracles. It is a convenient classification. It permits mortal mind to complacently dismiss the subject without the responsibility of explanation or comprehension.

To earnest students of Christian Science, however, miracles are everyday occurrences. If a person were to attempt to index them, he would face an endless task. The assignment would have been likewise gigantic if all healings accomplished by the early Christians in defiance of material laws and practices had been catalogued.
