WAKE UP, JOAN!
[Of Special Interest to Children]
Six-year-old Joan had been listening to error and had come home from school one day with a cough. This belief had taken hold of her thoughts before and had been conquered when a practitioner was called. But since Joan had now been attending a Christian Science Sunday School for nearly two years, Mother believed that she should try to work out this problem herself.
So when Joan came in from school saying that she didn't feel well, Mother asked, "Joan, why don't you wake up?"
Joan looked puzzled. "I am awake," she said.
