The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, announces a free public lecture on Christian Science by Earl McCloud, C.S.B., a member of The Christian Science Board of Lectureship, in the Colonial Theater, Boylston Street, on Tuesday, October 5, 1948, at 12.30 o'clock. The public is cordially invited. This lecture will be published in The Christian Science Monitor of October 5, 1948.
In order to assure a larger audience for the radio program, "The Christian Science Monitor Views the News," with Erwin D. Canham, editor, as commentator, the American Broadcasting Company has made possible a new time for the Tuesday evening newscast. The program will now be heard at 9.30 p.m. in all time zones except Central, where it will be heard at 8.30 p.m. In all sections, it immediately follows ABC's well-known "America's Town Meeting."
Enjoy 1 free Sentinel article or audio program each month, including content from 1898 to today.
