I wish to take this opportunity to add my expression of gratitude for Christian Science and for what it has done for me and for other members of my family.

This Science has been the only religion I have ever known, since my mother was healed through its teachings when I was little more than an infant. The first healing in our home was that of my father, who had been given only six weeks to live by the doctor. He experienced many more useful years.

The truths of Christian Science have sustained me all my life, in my schoolwork, in my employment, and in a happy marriage to one who relies upon Science to meet every problem. Many physical ills have been overcome in my experience, one being a leg infection which was healed with the help of a practitioner. This condition did not yield at once, but only when I was freed of fear. I had felt that there was no fear in my thought, but when fear was scientifically dealt with the healing soon came about.
