"BEHOLD, NOW IS THE DAY OF SALVATION"

"Rise,  take up thy bed and walk," "Stretch forth thy hand."
"Receive thy sight." "Be clean," "Stand forth."' "Be opened."
These healing words spoke Jesus, and instantly,
even as he commanded, so it happened.

"When the cooler weather comes," says mortal man
in summer, "I'll be better. When the dust
is laid, or when the thunderstorm has burst
and the wind changes, I'll recover then."
But winter comes and snows begin to fall.
"Just wait till spring," he says, "and I'll be well."

"Young man, I say, Arise," The youth arose.
"Damsel, arise." To her rejoicing parents
the little girl came back. And still the Christ
has instant power to dispel the false appearance.

The Saviour said, "You say four months until
the harvest: but I say. Lift up your eyes.
the fields are white already." All his days
he proved the present hour the hour to heal.
To the sick man waiting by Siloam's pool
he spoke, and the man immediately was whole.
