Hoping that this expression of gratitude will help others and also bring out the wonderful results of our Wednesday evening testimony meetings, I should like to relate the following.

Over thirty years ago I was ill, pronounced incurably so by doctors. I was without any joy or hope in the world. I had gone to a distant city for my health. Because my neighbors lived rather than talked Christian Science, and made no attempt to force it upon me, I asked to attend the Wednesday evening testimony meetings with them. At one of these meetings someone got up and expressed gratitude for a healing of the same condition from which I had suffered for many years.

The next day I went to see a Christian Science practitioner, who explained the truth about our Father-Mother God and man's at-one-ment with Him as His beloved child. I then returned to my home in Texas and, through the work of a practitioner, was entirely healed, restored from a life of utter uselessness to one of usefulness.
