Notices

At hundreds of training stations and in some theaters of operation, the Christian Science Wartime Minister, the Christian Science Officiating Minister, or the volunteer Christian Science Wartime Worker has become a familiar figure as friend, counselor, and practitioner to men and women in the service. Although civilians, these workers are permitted to function within the military areas because they can give evidence that their services are desired and needed by those in the forces whose religion is Christian Science. The Ministers' and Workers' scope and effectiveness depend much on the co-operation of the Field, for it is from the Field that the names and addresses of servicemen and servicewomen who would welcome their assistance are received.

The names and addresses of American and Canadian servicemen and servicewomen who are adherents of Christian Science may be submitted by relatives or friends to the Camp Welfare Representative or clerk of any branch church or society, or may be sent directly to:
Manager, Camp Welfare Activities
107 Falmouth Street
Boston 15, Massachusetts

When a transfer occurs, the serviceman's new address should be sent in promptly by his family or friends.
