Christian Science has enabled me to obey Paul's injunction (Rom. 12:2), "Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind." Early in my study I was healed of various physical inharmonies, including persistent headaches, influenza, shingles, a tendency to colds and sore throat, and the smoking habit. Since that time I have enjoyed the protection which Christian Science affords and have been almost free from illness. On the few occasions when incipient stages of disease have appeared, they have been successfully overcome by the quick application of the rules laid down in the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

I have obtained an entirely different outlook on life and its activities, and many problems in the business sphere have been solved by Christian Science in unforeseen ways. I have found that in the ratio that I have held in thought the truth that man exists as the expression of God, and that my only and eternal employment is in witnessing to Truth, my environment has improved and greater opportunities have become available to me.

During the recent years of war Christian Science has been particularly helpful. Amid the daily uncertainties and mental strain, and during periods of night bombing, the knowledge divine Science has given me of spiritual reality has been a staff on which to lean.
