My gratitude to God for the practical truths contained in our beloved Leader's writings, which make it possible here and now to gain the spiritual understanding to prove all things, is cause for unbounded praise.

Then our only child, who had been in Civil Aeronautics Authority's War Training Service, was taken from us. During the following year my husband was suddenly killed in an accident.
