In the fifth chapter of Mark we find the story of the woman who "had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse."

This was true of my condition before I became interested in Christian Science. I was suffering from a stomach trouble which attacked me at regular intervals over a period of years, growing worse each time. After I had tried several doctors, the last one, a diagnostician, advised an exploratory operation. I would not agree to this, and a short time afterward I took up the study of Christian Science.

The healing did not come right away, although I had treatment from time to time. It was several months before I realized one day that I had not had an attack for some time. This healing has been permanent.

For this healing and many other proofs of God's care, for class instruction with a consecrated teacher, and for the clear teaching of our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, I am sincerely grateful.—(Miss) Edna Masters, Stone Mountain, Georgia.
