To my wife's testimony of healing I wish to append a few lines in appreciation of the innumerable blessings that Christian Science has brought to me.

One of my first healings, about thirty years ago, was that of a serious impediment of speech. Since that time I have been healed of a violent temper, of chilblains, influenza, and, in a few hours, of an aggravated case of ptomaine poisoning.

A recent healing is that of bronchitis, bordering on pneumonia, with which I became afflicted while serving in the armed forces. Army regulations required me to spend several weeks in a hospital, and I became quite resentful; as a consequence, there were several nights when I did not believe I should witness the dawn.
