I should like to say to those who are skeptical that healing does take place through the reading of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. I had been a semi-invalid for about nine years, as the result of a major operation. My healing took place about ten days from the time I started to read, and I have not spent one day in bed since. At that time I did not know there were Christian Science practitioners. I read the book with one thought: "With God all things are possible."

My twelve-year-old son had suffered from severe headaches, but was healed through my reading Science and Health to him.

I shall never cease to be grateful to my loving sister, who presented us with the Christian Science textbook. Although I was a medical nurse prior to my healing, I have never had any desire to turn to medicine since learning the truth about God and man. Many healings have taken place in the past four years of study, some with the help of loving practitioners, others through my own work.
