Introductions to Lectures
Los Angeles, California (Twenty-eighth Church).
Lecturer: Judge Frederick C. Hill: introduced by Mrs. Marjorie Glendon, who said:—
Mary Baker Eddy has given a comprehensive definition of Christian Science on page 1 of "Rudimental Divine Science." She states that Christian Science is "the law of God the law of good, interpreting and demonstrating the divine Principle and rule of universal harmony."
Both the Old and the New Testament recount numerous instances wherein the law of God was demonstrated and the supposed material law annulled. The law of God always reverses the so-called material law, which is not law but is merely a belief.
