There Is No Separation

The Apostle Paul saw with great clarity the inseparable unity between God and man, Principle and its idea, when he wrote in his epistle to the Romans, "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God."

Not a few individual and families, as a result of existing world conditions, are today faced with the problem of separation from their loved ones. A great many these loved ones, in distant places, are carrying out duties which entail grave responsibility and danger. The subtle insinuations of error bring thoughts of fear, uncertainty, and anxiety. It can be readily understood that this frame of mind is detrimental to the one who permits these erroneous beliefs to gain entrance into his thought. Whether or not the earnest student of Christian Science is personally confronted with this situaiton, it is his concern intelligently to regard this problem.

The desired demonstration of overcoming fear for those distant and in danger involves a change in the individual's thought. God's man exists in a spiritual realm of safety and security, wherein is no danger or destruction. Man forever moves within the enfolding protection of the divine Mind. Therefore, we can know that whatever it is necessary for us to do, we can do with the assurance that an ever-loving and wise Father is guarding and leading the way.
