A Christian Science period in the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation "Devotional Program" series was conducted from Station CBM, Montreal, on Sunday afternoon, May 3, 1942. at 2.30. Eastern War Time, by Mr. Svend Pontoppidan Broby. Committee on Publication for the Province of Quebec. This program was presented under the auspices of the Committee on Publication for the Province of Quebec, with the approval of The Christian Science Board of Directors. The soloist, Mr. Charles Hutchins, was assisted by Mr. Percy French at the organ.

The program opened with Hymn No. 263 in the Christian Science Hymnal, after which Mr. Broby read from the King James Version of the Bible as follows: Psalms 128:1, 2; Ecclesiastes 5:18-20; Nehemiah 8:1-3, 8. 10: Acts 3: 1-8. And from the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and from "Miscellaneous Writings" by the same author: Science and Health 265:23-19; 304:9-15; 241:23— 30; 60:12—15, 24—3; 65:1—6; 14:12—22; "Miscellaneous Writings" 155:4—12.

Then Hymn No. 136 in the Christian Science Hymnal was sung, after which Mr. Broby read an address substantially as follows:
