Sunday School Notes and Comments

The teacher of a class of twelve-year-old girls worked out a problem which involved ignorance, frivolity, indifference, and frequent periods of absence from class. This was done by applying to the conditions the lesson derived from her study of the conversion of Saul of Tarsus.

It became very clear to the teacher that as Saul, the bitter persecutor of the early Christians, by the touch of Truth was transformed, and became the great spiritual teacher, Paul, so in like manner, today, Truth is enlightening the receptive thought. In the words of Mary Baker Eddy's beautiful poem "Satisfied" (Poems, p. 79):
