Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

Province of British Columbia, Canada.

Our newspapermen continue to be most generous in carrying the constructive news items which we submit. The Vancouver Daily Province and the Vancouver Sun alternate in printing in full in all editions of their newspapers the Christian Science lectures delivered in this city.

There are now fifty-four newspapers subscribing to The Christian Science Monitor on the advertising exchange basis, which is available to all newspapers, In renewing their subscriptions editors frequently pay high tribute to our international daily. One editor wrote, "The Monitor news and articles on the world situation are the most accurate and informative published on this continent." The editor of a Japanese publication wrote: "May I say briefly that we enjoy your international daily for many reasons indeed. Its reliable, unbiased, and yet interesting presentation of world events has been invaluable to us, while its constructive and well-considered editorial opinion has exerted no small influence over our own thinking."
