Words could never express my gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me and for my family.

Many years ago I was in need of physical healing for various difficulties, and had received no help or relief from anything I had tried, although the doctors were very conscientious in their efforts to relieve my suffering. Christian Science was brought to my attention by my sister, who was not a student of Science, but had witnessed healings, including our mother's healing of tuberculosis of the bowels.

I began to study "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, together with the Bible, and I soon found that the textbook is indeed a "Key to the Scriptures." Before finding this "key" I had reached a place of despair, and had said, as Job did, "Oh that I knew where I might find him!" I soon realized that I had found Truth, and I was so grateful for this that my only desire was to know more about God. As I continued to study and to apply the understanding that I gained, the physical suffering vanished, just as the darkness disappears when the light appears.
