Words are inadequate when I try to express my gratitude for what Christian Science is doing and has done for me. For a number of years Christian Science has been my safe and certain guide to health, harmony, and happiness.

That Christian Science heals is a certain fact which is readily proved by the honest, sincere seeker. My son has been reared in the Christian Science Sunday School, a privilege for which I am increasingly grateful. A few years ago I noticed a large wart on his finger. We did our mental work, and in less than two months the wart had completely disappeared.

We have had many proofs of the Father's loving care for His children. A few years ago I was driving my car, accompanied by my son and two young women. It started to rain, and as I was driving at a rapid rate of speed, I could not stop the car when it began to skid. It went over a fifteen-foot embankment and turned over. Aloud I declared that God was the only power and that there was none else. We were all beautifully protected during this experience. On reaching home, my son ate his lunch and left to go swimming. One of the young ladies went to her work. The husband of the other young woman (who was not a Christian Scientist) could not believe that she had come through such an incident unharmed. He took her to a clinic, where it was found that she was none the worse for the experience. A Science friend helped me to overcome the belief of shock or reaction with which I had to cope.
