The healing power and protecting care available through the application of Christian Science, as revealed by Mary Baker Eddy, have been our support now for many years. The early demonstrations still serve to strengthen the conviction that God is All.

When it was decided to put Christian Science into daily practice and rely upon it entirely, our children were quite young, so that particular care was taken to make the statements of spiritual truth in simple language.

Our daughter, then about six or seven years of age, was sent home from school one day, having been told she had mumps. At home she was told simply that God's child could claim nothing that did not belong to him; whereupon the physical manifestation of mumps vanished. Within five days the quarantine was lifted.

God's bestowals of good are impartial and universal.
