It is with much gratitude that I testify to the healing efficacy of Christian Science.

Some time ago I was suddenly taken ill with all the symptoms of intestinal influenza. I was confined to my bed for several days, and experienced high fever, dizzy spells, and pain in various parts of the body. During this period I was very grateful for the statement made by Mrs. Eddy on page 447 of Science and Health, "The recuperative action of the system, when mentally sustained by Truth, goes on naturally." Through the consecrated work of a Christian Science practitioner the healing was complete in every way.

I am indeed grateful for the loving work of the Christian Science practitioners and nurses, who are so ready at all times to give their services.
