It is with deep gratitude that I add my testimony to the many others appearing in our periodicals.

My parents first became interested in Christian Science through a friend, some twenty years ago. This truth brought comfort and hope into our home. My father, who had been inactive through illness, was able to resume work, experiencing better health and freedom. My eldest brother, who was then in India, also became interested in Science, when a copy of the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, was sent out to him. After reading a few pages he received a quick healing of a physical trouble, and with continued study and application of the truth was enabled to overcome other difficulties. During the intervening years Christian Science has been our guidance and protection.

In 1917, my mother was wonderfully protected when she lost her footing and fell about six feet through a glass window into a basement room. She instantly turned to God for help, declaring that there are no accidents in Mind. Although falling face downwards, she received only a slight scratch on her cheek. Some years later, when suffering from water on the knee, she was healed in one night through the help of a practitioner.
