It is with much gratitude for the blessings received through Christian Science that I am sending this testimony, and I hope that it may encourage and help others.

Over thirty-eight years ago I was told that it was impossible for me to live more than sixty days. After an X ray had been taken, the physician who was attending me pronounced me in the last stages of tuberculosis. I had tried every material remedy that had been offered to me, had traveled and tried changes of climate, hoping to be benefited, but all to no avail. I was discouraged and without hope when Christian Science was presented to me. My husband urged me to try it, so I asked for a Christian Science practitioner. She said, "God can heal you through Christian Science." These were the most comforting words I had ever heard. After several weeks of treatment, during which I studied the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, I was completely healed. There was much to overcome. I studied many times a day pages 248 and 249 of the textbook. These met my need.

Since this first healing I have relied upon God under all circumstances, and Christian Science has never failed me. My husband was healed of hereditary sick headaches; also of a badly uncerated tooth. The latter was an instantaneous healing. I had a painless childbirth. Our three children were reared without ever having a doctor. Their needs were always met through the application of Christian Science treatment.
