Healing Prayer

As simply as the child that seeks his mother's knee,For comfort, do I, trusting, turn to TheeFor solace in my time of stress.Dear Father-Mother God, I blessThe hand that pointed me the wayTo Science, through which I have learned to pray,"Thy will be done."And, praying, know that everyoneHas access to Thy love and care,Since good is present everywhere. Then, knowing Thou art All-in-all,I pause to hear Thy loving callAnd heed its message, "Peace, be still."I see there is no grief or ill!The evil phantom fades from view,And I rejoice in Truth anew.
