In a letter in a recent issue, "X. Y. Z." states that he "would like to know if any readers possess any evidence of the truth of Christian Science with regard to the removal of disease."

Thousands of happy, healthy, normal people in all parts of the world are now living witnesses to the healing efficacy of Christian Science, and joyfully express their gratitude to Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of this new-old religion and system of spiritual healing. For Christian Science heals in the manner described in the Bible when "Jesus went about all Galilee ... healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people." This same system of healing was practiced by the disciples and the early Christians for approximately three centuries after the ascension of Jesus.

In the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," the author, Mrs. Eddy, has devoted the last hundred pages to carefully certified testimonies of healing, resulting from the reading of this textbook. Every month The Christian Science Journal and each week the Christian Science Sentinel contain many properly verified testimonies of healing by purely spiritual means, from people of various countries and vocations desirous of expressing their joy and gratitude to God for healings of the most varied character. Throughout the world, the public is cordially invited to attend the Wednesday testimony meetings at Christian Science churches, and any readers of your paper accepting this invitation have the opportunity and privilege of hearing testimonies given by those who have experienced the wonderful blessing of being physically healed through Christian Science. Visitors to the free Christian Science Reading Rooms in all parts of the world are always welcome to read, borrow, or purchase authorized literature on this all-important subject.
