I wish to express my gratitude for being able to lay aside glasses as a result of reading the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, and the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly.

I also wish to express my gratitude for another beautiful healing which I received through the help of a loyal worker in Christian Science. For over fifteen years I was bound by the belief of periodic suffering. I appealed to a practitioner, who very lovingly pointed out to me that there is no condemnation of womanhood. After two or three treatments by the practitioner, the attacks from which I had suffered disappeared.

Through the help of the same practitioner I was able to triumph over circumstances which seemed to point to failure. This victory was accomplished through the understanding that man reflects divine intelligence.
