Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

The Netherlands.

Several articles from the Christian Science periodicals were republished in part in Netherlandic newspapers, due credit being given. Recently an article in The Herald of Christian Science was referred to and the editor emphasized that the thoughts therein expressed were timely. A monthly magazine on education and teaching had several reprints from educational articles in The Christian Science Monitor. A paper in The Hague—Het Vaderland—printed on its front page a long article on "Christianity and Democracy," in connection with the different essays which had appeared on this subject in the Weekly Magazine Section of the Monitor.

Newspaper men in this country generally consider The Christian Science Monitor to be one of the best American papers, and often express that thought when referring to our newspaper.
