It was in June, 1928, that, amid the turmoil of discord, the "still small voice" of Truth encouraged me to carry on. I am so grateful that I listened to this voice and began studying Christian Science earnestly and sincerely.

I am so grateful for Christian Science, which gives us a better understanding of God and man. Through adhering very closely to Christian Science, and realizing and applying the truths that it teaches, I have received many healings.

Recently I had an opportunity to prove the power of Truth. I was suddenly taken severely ill with pneumonia. At first much fear was manifested by my loved ones, and until this was lifted, and the truth of being put in its place, the case seemed alarming. A practitioner was called. Through her loving and conscientious work, and my absolute faith in God, I was healed within a short time. A few days later I suffered much pain from an abscess in my ear. This also was healed within a few days. Words are inadequate to express my gratitude for these and many other blessings.
