I am not eloquent, but I do desire to let others know...

I am not eloquent, but I do desire to let others know some of the reasons I have for rejoicing in a growing understanding of Christian Science.

As a young woman I did not have the opportunity of attending a Christian Science Sunday School, but I have had the wonderful privilege of being a Sunday school teacher, and thereby have received many blessings.

I experienced a rapid healing of a broken arm, during a period of unusually heavy responsibilities, and three weeks afterward was able to play a pipe organ for our church services. The healing of a nervous breakdown, several years later, took longer. This experience taught me how to progress through more earnest study of the Bible and our textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy.

I used to wonder how people could say they were grateful for their trials. Now I understand their gratitude and joy come from proving that the same divine Principle solves all problems.

I am more and more grateful to Mrs. Eddy, who so kindly and wisely revealed and established the rules of Science for us all. I also appreciate all who share their inspiration with us by contributing articles to the Christian Science periodicals.—(Mrs.) Mabel E. Barrick, Tonkawa, Oklahoma.
