Declaration

Offspring of God! What heritage is mine,
Heir to His kingdom, absolute, divine!
I am His son! My Father's law for me
Is limitless, established, perfect, free.
Through Him I have dominion, and His store
Of riches—used—increaseth evermore.
Coin of His realm no limit knows, nor lack,
Spent without fear a hundredfold comes back
To spend again. His currency is love,
Purity, kindness, tolerance. I prove
By spending. Would I bless my friend?
My Father's currency I freely spend.
It will not fail me. He who made the laws
Of right adjustment will uphold His cause.
"Son, thou art ever with me"! Can I fear
When He is All, and He is always here,
And I am one with Him? His promise sure
Sustains my lot, and ever shall endure.
This is the Word of God. I humbly sing
My homage to His name. Son of the King!
That is my heritage. How well I know
His law maintains me—He maintains His law!
"All that I have is thine." This, then, the rod:
To claim my birthright as a son of God.
