I am one of the vast army of those who have been redeemed and healed through the application of Christian Science. I was healed of a so-called incurable disease from which I had suffered many years. This healing took place by reading the textbook, Science and Health, by Mrs. Eddy.

During those years of illness there were times when I was confined to my bed for two to four months. It is thirty years since my healing took place, and I have not spent one entire day in bed on account of sickness since then. I find Christian Science to be a preventive as well as a curative agent. Although suggestions of ailments have come to me many times in different forms, other members of my family have not known of them, for in every instance they have been overcome, and in Christian Science we learn the wisdom of keeping our own counsel. In "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany" (p. 160) Mrs. Eddy writes, "To live so as to keep human consciousness in constant relation with the divine, the spiritual, and the eternal, is to individualize infinite power; and this is Christian Science."

My blessings are multiplying daily, and I am increasingly grateful to God for giving us the Way-shower, Christ Jesus, and our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy.
