I should like to express my deep and heartfelt gratitude to God for the discovery of the healing power of the Christ, Truth, as given to us by our dear Leader, Mary Baker Eddy. After many doctors had given me only a few months to live because of heart and lung trouble, Christian Science found me, and in one treatment I was healed.

More recently I was stricken suddenly with an old ailment that had attacked me every winter when I was a young child. I would become unconscious in a short time and woudl be bedfast for from three months to a year. As it manifested itself that morning, a friend called a practitioner for me, and in a few days I had entirely recovered.

I am grateful for class instruction, for the literature, for all the activities of The Mother Church, and for the wonderful Lesson-Sermons we have for daily study in the Christian Science Quarterly.
