I am exceedingly grateful to God for having brought me wholly back to Christian Science, and for having kept me under its divine influence by directing me to the Christian Science Reading Rooms on numerous occasions during a time when I was following so-called mental science. Later I was enabled to become a member of The Mother Church and of a branch church.

During the past six or seven years I have learned most conclusively that nothing can be gained through either the human mind or mental suggestion, for all good comes from God. It is ours only by reflection. As is the case with individuals, so with Christian Science churches—God is the sole provider. The need of Christian Science churches is ever for more healings, proving God's great goodness to man in His image and likeness. Mrs. Eddy says (Miscellaneous Writings, p. 307), "God gives you His spiritual ideas, and in turn, they give you daily supplies."

I am very happy that I am beginning to understand in greater measure that Science and Health was written through divine inspiration, and I am grateful that Mrs. Eddy was sufficiently pure to receive this revelation It was because of her spiritual vision, humility, and receptivity that we now enjoy the blessings derived from Christian Science.
